Once provided this information to LYRA support team, the following rules will apply for this policy:

• You will have 30 days to lodge your return or exchange back to us (all it needs to be is returned and scanned at the post office, not physically returned to our hub or warehouse).
• Damaged clothes are NOT returnable due to hygiene and quality reasons.
• No fee will be charged if the request is due to a size, colour or variant exchange. In case it is a money return, a 1$ fee will be applied on the transaction.

Exchanges will be processed within 24 hours after the returned product is received, and the delivery of the replacement item will follow the same shipping times already established for each country.
